How many integrations can I connect per plan?

Do I need my own provider accounts?
Yes. You need active SmartBill, FGO, or Oblio accounts and courier accounts for the services you use. Facturier connects them to Shopify so you work from one place; it does not replace your provider or courier contracts.
Note: Oblio handles a storno as a cancellation on the document rather than a separate credit note.
Do invoices stay in my billing software?
Yes. Invoices live in SmartBill, FGO, or Oblio. Facturier does not keep its own copy of invoice PDFs.
