No. Your invoices stay in SmartBill, FGO, or Oblio. Facturier shows them when you ask and does not keep its own copy of invoice PDFs or customer records.
Yes. Proforma and fiscal invoices are available on every paid plan from each Shopify order, including in-store sales through Shopify POS. On Scale, invoices can be created automatically when the courier marks an order as delivered.
