Do I need separate accounts for the billing and courier services?

Yes. You need active SmartBill, FGO, or Oblio accounts—and courier accounts—for each service you want to use. Facturier connects them to your Shopify store so you can work from one place.

Does the app store my invoices or customer data?

No. Your invoices stay in SmartBill, FGO, or Oblio. Facturier shows them when you ask and does not keep its own copy of invoice PDFs or customer records.

Can the app generate proforma invoices as well as fiscal invoices?

Yes. Proforma and fiscal invoices are available on every paid plan from each Shopify order, including in-store sales through Shopify POS. On Scale, invoices can be created automatically when the courier marks an order as delivered.

Can I create FanCourier and Sameday shipping labels in bulk from Shopify?

Yes. Select multiple orders, create shipping labels for FanCourier, Sameday (including Easybox), Cargus, DPD, GLS, Packeta, or DSC in one go, then download everything ready to print.
