What Is Facturier?

Facturier is a Shopify app that connects your invoicing software (SmartBill, FGO, Oblio) and your couriers (FanCourier, Sameday, Cargus, DPD, GLS, Packeta, DSC) to your store. From a Shopify order — online or Shopify POS — you create fiscal invoices, proforma invoices, and shipping labels in one place, using the order's own details.

What does Facturier connect?

Billing & Invoicing

Connect SmartBill, FGO, or Oblio to generate fiscal and proforma invoices from Shopify orders.

Shipping & couriers

Create shipping labels for FanCourier, Sameday, Cargus, DPD, GLS, Packeta, and DSC directly from Shopify.

In-store (POS) orders

Create invoices and shipping labels for in-store orders on any paid plan. Scale adds a quick action at the checkout counter.

Who is Facturier for?

Facturier is built for Romanian and EU Shopify merchants who issue Romanian invoices and ship with Romanian couriers. If you currently copy order details between Shopify, your invoicing account, and a courier portal, Facturier does that from the order itself.

How does an order become an invoice and a label?

You open a Shopify order, choose your invoicing provider and courier, and Facturier creates the documents from the order data. Invoices and shipping labels pull from the same order, including cash-on-delivery amounts. Labels use the address and phone already saved on the order.

Where do my invoices and data live?

Invoices stay in your SmartBill, FGO, or Oblio account. Facturier does not keep its own archive of invoice PDFs; it stores document references in Shopify and shows documents when you ask. Business records remain in your Shopify store. See the privacy policy.
